•       GiftCity currently ships to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

•       We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2.2 Processing Time

•       Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

•       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

•       During peak seasons or sale events, processing time may be extended by 1-2 additional days.

2.3 Estimated Delivery Time

•       Within Karachi: 1-3 business days.

•       Other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 3-5 business days.

•       Remote areas: 5-7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.4 Shipping Charges

•       Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

•       Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount, as displayed on the website.

2.5 Order Tracking

•       Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS.

•       You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to track your order.

2.6 Damaged or Lost Shipments

•       If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

•       In case of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. GiftCity will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
